I was so excited when Kim Cassar, Vice President of Bayonne‘s Beetology, joined me in the #HipNJ studio. We are both Montclair State University alum, and I always love to meet inspiring people from a school I love so much.

While developing this functional craft beet beverage, Cassar traveled the world to find beets of the highest quality. She even worked with locals in Turkey and Spain, where she formulated the juicy blend. Work and vacation all in one!
